Instructions
for PhD Awardees and Gold Medalists (Convocation)
1.
PhD Awardees and Gold Medallists must report at the
Spot Registration Desk located at the Post Graduate Council Building.
2. All awardees and Gold Medalists are requested to enter the University New Campus on or before 9:00 AM. No entry shall be permitted after 9:00 AM due to security concerns.
3.
Candidates must submit the following documents at the
time of registration:
a. Printout of the
online generated application form
b. Proof of payment
/ fee receipt
c. Valid identity
proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport / Driving Licence)
4.
Registration will be completed only after successful
verification of all documents.
5. Only PhD Awardees and Gold Medallists are permitted to proceed to the Convocation venue after registration.
6. Candidates are advised to strictly adhere to the reporting time and instructions to avoid inconvenience or denial of participation.

GENERAL
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill the online Convocation Application Form carefully.
- Enrollment No./Registration No./Roll No. must be entered exactly as mentioned on the Provisional
Certificate, without any spaces.
- If an applicant (especially applying in-person) enters an incorrect
Enrollment/Registration/Roll Number, the Convocation Pass will NOT be
generated.
- All awardees must
pay the convocation fee through UCO Smart Pay only.
- Application fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Application fee must be paid online only, selecting either:
- Original Degree – In-person, or
- Upload the UCO Smart Pay fee receipt in PDF format as specified.
- Students must bring Printout of the online generated application form , Original Valid identity proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport / Driving Licence) and Fee Payment Receipt on the day of convocation to be submitted for verification at the Registration Desk.
- Admittance to the Convocation Meeting Hall is strictly reserved for Gold Medalists and Ph.D. Awardees.

DEGREE DISTRIBUTION DETAILS
1.
Degree
certificates for UG/PG
programmes will be sent to the respective Departments/Colleges/Institutions
after 15 days of the
convocation, as per university records.
2.
Only
the following candidates are permitted to receive degrees in person at the
convocation:
o
Gold
Medal recipients
o
Ph.D.
/ D.Sc. / D.Litt. awardees
3.
If
these candidates are absent, degrees
and Gold Medals will be distributed after the convocation.

INSTRUCTIONS
FOR ONLINE APPLICATION SUBMISSION
- Visit the official convocation registration portal. https://fmuniversity.samarth.edu.in/convocation
- Enter personal and academic details accurately.
- Ensure Registration/Roll Number matches the Provisional
Certificate.
- Upload all required documents in the prescribed format and size.
- Pay the convocation fee through UCO Smart Pay.
- Upload the payment receipt.
- Submit the application and save/print the confirmation for
future reference.
- Regularly check the Portal for further Information
IMPORTANT
NOTES
- Incorrect details or document uploads may lead to rejection of
application.
- Convocation/Degree fee will not be refunded under any
circumstances.
- Application submitted after 30 January 2026, 05:00 PM will
not be accepted.
